Le prime immagini ufficiali della Casa dell’Architetto si devono a Giorgio Casali (1913-1995), per trent’anni fotografo di punta della rivista di architettura Domus e come tale testimone del lavoro dei maggiori architetti e designers della seconda metà del Novecento. / The first official images of Casa dell’Architetto are due to Giorgio Casali (1913-1995), for thirty years the leading photographer of the architecture magazine Domus and witness to the work of the major architects and designers of the second half of the twentieth century.

All’ormeggio un Dinghy 12 Piedi, piccola barca a vela che fin dall’inizio ha condiviso le sue sorti con quelle della casa. / Side of the house with detail of the eaves and gargoyles. A Twelve Foot Dinghy is moored, a small sailing boat that has shared its history with the house right from the start.

Scala al piano inferiore della camera e della darsena. Un intaglio orizzontale lascia filtrare la luce lateralmente. Una seconda rampa scende specularmente verso il bagno. / Staircase to the lower floor of the bedroom and the boat house. A horizontal cut lets the light filter sideways. A second ramp descends specularly towards the bathroom.
La camera da letto al piano inferiore con terrazzino a lago e disimpegno di accesso alla darsena. Il parapetto mostra un intaglio verticale che è motivo ricorrente nel disegno della casa. / The bedroom on the lower floor with a small terrace overlooking the lake and access to the boat house. The parapet shows a vertical cut which is a recurring motif in the design of the house.
